Isa Rocha

Graduated in Social Sciences from the Institute of Philosophy and Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (IFCS-UFRJ), Master and PhD candidate in Political Science at the Institute of Political Science at the University of Brasília (IPOL-UnB), coordinator of the Working Group on Strategy, Data, and Sovereignty of the Study and Research Group in International Security (GEPSI) of the Institute of International Relations at the University of Brasília (IREL-UnB), member of the Public Information and Elections (IPê) research groups at IPOL and of the International Political Science Association Research Committee 50th on the Politics of Language (IPSA RC 50). From São José, an enthusiast of the Information Revolution and techno-optimist.

Currently involved in studies that analyze large datasets to understand the phenomenon of affective polarization on social media platforms, using advanced data analysis techniques such as Topological Data Analysis (TDA). Additionally, the research includes a comparison of national and international data to explore various international models of democracy and the contemporary crisis of representation, through the concept of the Ethereal Crisis of Representation.

Ergon Cugler de Moraes Silva is a Master's student in Public Administration and Government (FGV EAESP), with a Postgraduate MBA in Data Science & Analytics (USP ESALQ), and a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy Management (USP EACH). He is affiliated with the Bureaucracy Studies Center (NEB), collaborates with the Interdisciplinary Observatory of Public Policies (OIPP), the Study Group on Technology and Innovations in Public Management (GETIP), the Tracker (OxCGRT) at the Blavatnik School of Government (BSG), Oxford University, and the Digital Media Political Debate Monitor (Monitor USP). He was the youngest Councilor during the first term of the UN Agenda 2030 in São Paulo from 2020 to 2022.

Currently, he represents the Barão de Itararé Alternative Media Studies Center in the Rights on the Net Coalition (CDR), the Disinformation Articulation Room (SAD), and the National Network against Disinformation (RNCD). He serves as an ambassador for Open Knowledge Brazil (OKBR) and is a member of the Youth Program of the Brazilian Internet Steering Committee (CGI.br). He is one of the three youth representatives for the UNESCO IESALC Youth Advisory Board, representing Latin America and the Caribbean.

Master in Communication from the Federal University of Piauí, where research was conducted on Discourse Analysis and Power. Holds a degree in Social Communication from the State University of Piauí (2011). Studied Social Sciences at the Federal University of Piauí and is a doctoral student in Public Policy at Ufpi, studying gender inequality. Currently works as a correspondent in Brasília for TV Cidade Verde and Rádio Cidade Verde, affiliates of SBT in Piauí. Owner of Brio Comunicação Estratégica, a company specializing in branding, reputation management, and digital positioning. Studied Psychoanalysis at the Corpo Freudiano School, Brasília and Teresina sections. Participates in the study group 'Public Information and Election' at the University of Brasília (UNB) and is pursuing an MBA in Political Communication and Society at ESPM.

Served as editor-in-chief and columnist for the OitoMeia portal, as well as anchor and head of reporting at CBN Teresina radio. Was a reporter and political editor for Jornal Meio Norte from 2009 to 2014, has experience as a producer and presenter of radio and TV programs on Rede Meio Norte, and has worked in the press office of public agencies such as the State Comptroller's Office (CGE-PI), the State Department of Traffic (Detran-PI), and parliamentary advisory services.

CLAUDIO ANDRÉS TÉLLEZ ZEPEDA

Ph.D. and Master in International Relations from IRI/PUC-Rio, Master in Biomedical Engineering from Universidade Brasil, MBA in Foreign Trade Management and International Business from FGV/RJ, Bachelor in International Relations from the Centro Universitário da Cidade (RJ), and Bachelor in Mathematics from PUC-Rio. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) and conducts research in topological materials, plasma physics, and vibrational and electronic spectroscopy. Member of the Editorial Committee of the InterAção Journal of UFSM.

In the field of International Relations, his research interests are in (Evolutionary) Game Theory, Physics of Complex Systems, Computational Social Sciences, and Computational Topology with applications to International Security, International Conflicts, Information Security, Defense, and Strategic Studies.

Lauro Henrique Accioly

Bachelor and master's candidate in International Relations at the State University of Paraíba. He is currently dedicated to research in areas such as Political Behavior, Public Opinion, Foreign Policy Analysis, International Security, United States Foreign Policy, Space Security, Internet Governance, and Digital Colonialism. He also works as an editorial assistant for the Journal of International Studies (REI) of PPGRI-UEPB and the Foreign Affairs Journal of ESRI. In addition, he contributes as a research assistant in the Laboratory of Simulations and Scenarios at the Naval War School.

Graduated in Political Science from the Institute of Political Science at the University of Brasília, where research was conducted on Memes and Political Communication on Twitter. A member of the Public Information and Elections research group, studying digital political leadership under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Joscimar Silva. An intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, currently conducting research on diplomatic relations and cultural exchange between national communities and immigrants
